In addition to the official program, visitors can enjoy a rich cultural, entertainment, and gastronomic offerings, featuring traditional Herzegovinian products (fritters, prosciutto, cheese, brandy, and wine). Ćupter has been certified by the Food Safety Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FSA BIH) under the official designation HERCEGOVAČKI ĆUPTER (Herzegovinian ćupter), and the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). Such recognition for this traditional Herzegovinian dessert is a great honor and provides an excellent opportunity for its producers to expand their presence in the market. The ĆUPTER FAIR is the perfect way to promote this nearly forgotten product.
