The Evergreen Fest, now an established tradition, was first organized spontaneously in 2012 to mark the 25th anniversary of the Café Evergreen-Grin Čitluk, which has been in operation since 1987 The first Evergreen Fest lasted for 25 days (1 August – 25 August), featuring daily musical and cultural events. The great success and impact of this project eventually led to the establishment of the “EVERGREEN FEST” Association, driven by the enthusiasm and vision of the organizers to create a successful project that would strengthen not only the local cultural and musical offerings but also those at the level of the entire country of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Through its activities, the Evergreen Fest has significantly enriched the cultural scene of the town, built a positive reputation for the event within the local community, and has become recognized as an integral part of the overall cultural offerings of Čitluk and the Brotnjo region.
